In the 1800’s sailing ships exchanged ballast stone from their hulls for wool and grain. Skilled Stonemasons crafted buildings on Ballast Stone Estate and around South Australia from this stone.

 

These vines struggle on our deep sands, resulting in aromas of citrus and passionfruit, which carry through to a crisp palate and finish with lingering citrus fruits.
