In the 1800’s sailing ships exchanged ballast stone from their hulls for wool and grain. Skilled Stonemasons crafted buildings on Ballast Stone Estate and around South Australia from this stone.

 

Pale straw colour. Layered aromas of peach stonefruit, lemon zest & honeysuckle leading to a crisp, clean palate that has a lingering cracked yeast finish. Made from Chardonnay grapes.
