Steeple Jacks played a crucial role in constructing and maintaining our townships, completing stonework on the highest towers, oblivious to vertigo, gravity and mortality.

 

Deep ruby red.  Blackberry/stewed plum fruit with hints of mocha and lifted vanillin on the nose; a full, soft fleshy palate driven by boysenberry, cassis, cinnamon spice and a touch of white pepper leading to a smooth velvety lingering finish.
